When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording of the event may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recorded media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction. In case you would like to obtain additional information, please consult our General Recording Notice available at the entrance of the event.

Note: In the event of taking photographs or videos in a close-up, in which you could be clearly identified, with the purpose of using them for promotion or marketing actions, you will be provided with a separate Individual form that must be fill in to comply with applicable Data Protection and IP regulations.

Can minors enter? Is there an age limit?

Guests must be aged 18 and over to access Initial Festival. An original identity document or an equivalent document may be requested at the entrance to the site.

You will not be able to access the site with food or drink. Initial Festival will be fully equipped for festivalgoers who wish to eat and drink.

Can I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs will not be considered pets and will be allowed to access the premises.

Is it possible to enter with a motorcycle helmet?

No, you cannot access the site with a motorcycle helmet. You will have to leave it in one of the cloakrooms at the entrance of the festival.

Are there areas suitable for people with reduced mobility?

There will be an area reserved for people with disabilities in front of the stages. There will also be suitable toilets. A supporting document will be asked at the entry of this area.

If I leave the premises, can I re-enter?

No, each ticket has only one entry to the site. Once you have entered the festival, if you leave you cannot re-enter.

For 2-day passes, you will be allowed to enter and exit once per day. If you exit the festival early on Friday, you will have to wait for doors to reopen on Saturday to access the site again.

Next to the access roads to the site, you will find a Fever incident stand. Go there and someone will assist you in trying to resolve the problem you have with your ticket.

I can't find my ticket, what should I do?

Once you have made your purchase, you must follow these steps:

Download our Fever app

Select the Facebook option to connect

Click on Profile and you will be able to find your tickets in the Tickets section
If you want to change your contact email address, you can do so in Profile > Edit Profile Once this is done, if you wish, we can send you your purchase confirmation email again Remember, in all instances, you must show your ticket from the app, where you can find instructions about how to find it.

What happens if I buy my ticket through an outlet other than Fever?

Never buy a ticket from a private individual or from an outlet other than Fever. They may sell you a fake ticket. Our access control system will detect this when you arrive at the site and you will not be able to enter.

No, the accompanying person must pay for the ticket as a PRM.
